Palantir Gotham is Palantir Technologies' operational intelligence platform, built for counterterrorism, defense, and law-enforcement missions that require fusing disparate classified and unclassified sources into a single investigative graph. Gotham pairs an ontology-driven data model with search, link analysis, and geospatial and temporal tooling, and was first deployed inside U.S. government counterterrorism programs in the late 2000s.
Gotham is now in daily use across the U.S. Army — including as an analytical backbone for the Distributed Common Ground System–Army and the TITAN next-generation intelligence ground station — as well as U.S. Special Operations Command, the Intelligence Community, and multiple allied militaries. It has expanded from its original analyst-focused role into a targeting and mission-command tool, and is increasingly integrated with battle-management efforts to shorten the sensor-to-shooter kill chain.
