Joint All-Domain Command and Control is the Department of War's effort to connect sensors, shooters, and decision-makers across all warfighting domains — land, sea, air, space, and cyber — into a single, resilient network. Combatant Command Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) is the first operationally fielded instantiation.
JADC2 is not a single system but a set of architecture decisions, data standards, and service programs including the Army's Project Convergence, the Navy's Project Overmatch, and the Air Force's Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS).
