Built For
Leaders who need answers in context
Generic chatbots give generic advice. The Consultant is wired into your organization, your people, and your projects, so a question about capability gaps or a go/no-go call lands in the context of your actual past performance, not the internet's average.
Teams juggling five AI subscriptions
One workspace replaces the tab pile. Pick the model that fits the task (Claude for drafting, Perplexity Sonar for cited web research, a free-tier model for quick lookups) and keep the whole conversation history, files, and grounding in one place.
Organizations that need accountability
Every conversation is role-aware and audit-logged, connector access is read-only and toggled per source, and each organization's data stays isolated. You get frontier AI with the operational discipline a GovCon back office actually requires.
Pick the right frontier model for the job
Thirteen user-facing models across nine providers, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity Sonar, Mistral, and Llama, all behind one chat input. Under the hood, small models orchestrate and the big model generates: cheaper background models digest context in parallel so your selected model spends its tokens on the answer.
- Swap between Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and more without losing context
- Cost-efficient orchestration: background models compress each context source before the primary model generates
- Streaming responses with retry logic and graceful degradation when a provider has a bad day
Grounded in your organization, tuned by role
The Consultant reads your org profile, contracts, proposals, and contacts through hybrid semantic search, then answers in one of six specialized roles, from the laconic Spartan to the deeply analytical Oracle. Same knowledge, different altitude, so the CEO briefing and the engineer's deep-dive come from one assistant.
- Six roles (Praetorian, Centurion, Ember, Spartan, Oracle, Legatus), each with its own tone and depth
- Hybrid semantic + text search across your organization's documents, proposals, and contacts
- Web search and file attachments (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, images with OCR) drop straight into the conversation
35+ live connectors, digested per source
Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, OneDrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and more, all toggled per connector, per conversation. Each active source is fetched in parallel and digested by a background model before it reaches the primary, so the assistant works from the relevant slice and cites where it came from.
- Email, calendars, drives, CRMs, code, and project tools orchestrated behind one chat input
- Per-source digestion extracts only what's relevant to your question: no context-window blowouts, no vague summaries
- Read-only access with per-conversation toggles; one connector failing never blocks the rest
Chat Projects: shared context for the whole team
A Chat Project bundles related conversations with shared instructions, shared reference files, and shared membership. Upload the files once, set the ground rules once, invite the team, and every chat inside the project inherits the same grounding, with semantic retrieval pulling only the passages that matter.
- Project instructions and reference files ground every conversation in the project automatically
- Semantic file retrieval: a project with dozens of PDFs surfaces the relevant chunks, not the whole pile
- Owner-controlled membership with email invites; cross-chat memory carries context between sibling threads

Everything feeds everything else
VULCAN Sentinel™
Ask the Consultant about opportunities Sentinel scored; the same org profile powers both.
VULCAN Toolbox
When a chat turns into a deliverable, the five-stage document workflow takes it the rest of the way.
Org Profile & CRM
The living profile the Consultant is grounded in: capabilities, people, past performance, contacts.
Common questions
How is this different from a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
Three ways: it's multi-provider (one workspace, every frontier model, one bill with team token pooling), it's grounded (answers draw on your org profile, documents, and live connector data, not just training data), and it's operational (role-aware, audit-logged, org-isolated). A consumer chatbot knows the world; the Consultant knows your company.
Can it send emails or change data in our connected systems?
No, and that's deliberate. Connectors are read-only context sources today: the Consultant can read your Gmail, Drive, Salesforce, or Slack to answer questions, but it doesn't write back to any of them. Write actions may come later; we'd rather earn trust with read-only first.
What stops it from hallucinating a summary of my data?
Per-source digestion. Every connector, file, and search result is processed individually by a background model that extracts only what's relevant to your question, and the assistant cites its sources. Perplexity Sonar models return web citations even with search toggled off. It's an architecture choice, not a prompt suggestion.
What's shipped versus on the roadmap?
Shipped: multi-provider chat, six roles, org grounding, web search, file attachments, connectors, and Chat Projects with shared files and members. On the roadmap: more connectors (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, QuickBooks, and others are in progress), per-project default model and role settings, and write-capable connector actions.
