Built For
Small business owners
You are the org chart. Enter your company's facts once (identity, certifications, people, rates) and stop re-answering the same questions on every response, registration, and data call.
BD and capture leads
Relationships are the pipeline. Organization-scoped contacts, partner companies with real teaming history, and an activity feed tied to pipeline dollars, all visible to the whole team, not trapped in one person's inbox.
Proposal teams
Grounding beats prose. Because Scribe drafts only from what's in the profile, the fastest path to better proposals is a richer profile: past performance, workforce, certifications, and proposal library all feed the writer.
Identity that builds itself from your SAM registration
Upload your SAM.gov registration and VULCAN extracts your identity automatically: legal name, UEI, CAGE code, primary and secondary NAICS, business address, point of contact. NAICS codes display with their plain-English descriptions, not just numbers. Layer on certification tracking across nine categories, from security clearances and cyber standards to quality, export, and small-business designations, so your compliance story is always ready to cite.
- SAM.gov registration upload auto-populates identity fields, and your manual edits stick until the next upload
- Certification tracking across nine categories: security, cyber, quality, export, aviation, defense contracting, nuclear, environmental, and small business
- Six key-document slots (capability statement, SAM registration, team bios, one-pager, cover page template, SF-330), parsed and searchable
Workforce, past performance, and a proposal library
Your roster lives in the profile: people grouped by department, with clearances and locations that flow straight into staffing plans. Upload past performance documents and VULCAN extracts the projects into structured records, even multiple projects from a single file. A proposal library holds your won, lost, and example documents as style references for future drafts.
- Department-grouped workforce roster with clearances and locations that feed L2 staffing plans
- Past performance extraction pulls contract details from your documents into structured, searchable records
- Proposal library entries tagged Won, Lost, or Writing Example, used by Scribe as style references
A CRM that speaks GovCon
Internal and external contacts are organization-scoped, so the whole team works one shared rolodex with role-based permissions. Partner companies are first-class records: capabilities, uploaded documents, points of contact, past engagements, and default relationship: prime, sub, partner, or supplier. And the activity feed ties it all back to real pipeline dollars instead of floating in a separate tool.
- Shared, role-gated contact management, internal and external, across your whole organization
- Partner network with per-partner capabilities, documents, POCs, and teaming history; the AI Consultant can answer questions about it
- Activity feed tied to real pipeline dollars, not a standalone contact list
The source of truth the whole platform reads
This is the point of the profile: every other module reads it. Scribe grounds proposals, staffing plans, and price workbooks in your real people and past performance. Sentinel scores opportunities against your capabilities, NAICS codes, and set-asides. Atlas Forge maps your contacts and partners. The AI Consultant answers in the context of your organization. One update, everywhere.
- Scribe drafts only from what's in the profile, so a richer profile means stronger, honest proposals
- Sentinel's opportunity scoring is tuned to your capabilities, NAICS codes, set-asides, and past performance
- Atlas Forge and the AI Consultant read the same profile, with no duplicate entry anywhere

Common questions
How much manual data entry does the profile require?
Less than you'd expect. The identity section builds itself from your SAM.gov registration upload, with legal name, UEI, CAGE, NAICS codes, address, and POC extracted automatically. Past performance records are extracted from documents you already have, and certifications are a guided checklist. You review and edit, and your manual edits are preserved until you upload a newer SAM registration.
Who on my team can see and edit the profile?
Everyone in your organization sees the same profile; it's org-wide by construction, so there is never a stale personal copy. Editing is role-gated: owners control headquarters and website, owners and admins manage identity, certifications, documents, past performance, and contacts, and every member manages their own operating location and workspace preferences.
Is this a replacement for Salesforce or HubSpot?
No, and it isn't trying to be. This is a GovCon-native CRM built around agency contacts, teaming partners, and federal pursuits, kept in lockstep with your pipeline. If you run a general-purpose sales motion elsewhere, keep it: the VULCAN AI Consultant connects to Salesforce and HubSpot as data sources.
What happens to documents after I upload them?
Every document is parsed and indexed so the proposal writer and AI Consultant can retrieve from it semantically. Reusable artifacts (your one-pager, cover page template, and SF-330) are also kept in their original form for direct reuse in proposals, while text-only slots keep the extracted content.
