B-2 Spirit

The B-2 Spirit is a flying-wing, all-stealth strategic bomber capable of delivering nuclear and conventional weapons anywhere in the world from continental U.S. bases. Only 21 aircraft were produced before the program was capped in the 1990s.

The B-2 fleet has executed combat missions in Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, and most recently in support of strikes on Houthi targets in 2024–25. The B-2 will be gradually replaced by the B-21 Raider over the 2030s–40s.
